We are making an abatement from the pension of Mr Harkin, late Sergeant of Police, Hong Kong, from the 1st January 1922, in e.ccordance with your minute of the 17th March 1922.

Have you reported or will you report the case of Harkin to the Colonial Government please?. If not, we propose to do so,but we are

not sure that we should write as though the date from which Hong
